I transitioned from part time to full time and worked as a concierge for several years to learn the business and promote the CSOA Brand. I was promoted from a Concierge to an Account Supervisor in 2015 and successfully managed many high-rise condominium buildings. While learning and managing a team of at least 18 members, I was promoted from Account Supervisor to Residential Manager and Trainer in October 2017. I love being a team player with the Account Supervisors and Team Leads. It brings me joy knowing I can make a difference in someone’s life each day.”

“I started with CSOA in 2004 working part time at The Peachtree building in Midtown.  After 2 years I left the company due to several of my family members living with me due to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.  Later, I began temping for several concierges in the Perimeter area and found I really enjoyed the work again. A full time position came available in April 2011 at Concourse and I found my way back to CSOA.  I’ve been with Penny almost 10 years now. I enjoy the fact that each day is not the same. I enjoy helping tenants with their concert requests or with their meeting/catering needs as well as, assisting our property management office with tenant projects.
