CSOA’s Picks: Our Favorite Virtual Activities

We’ve all noticed that most of our everyday activities have now switched to virtual. This includes our favorite workouts, happy hours, game nights, classes and more. Check out are favorite virtual activities during this time!

  1. Yoga Classes – This is when we all need yoga most and we love Corepower Yoga! While their studios are closed, everyone has free access to a special weekly collection of online classes so you can keep your practice moving – wherever you are. See link for more information.
  2. Museum Tours – Museums all over the world are offering an exciting insight into some of their exhibits, at no cost. Take your pick and enjoy this virtual journey through art and time! See link to learn more.

Book Club – Quarantine/social distancing presents a great opportunity to do some good ole’ recreational reading, but even with this abundance of time, it is often challenging to actually get yourself to pick up a book. Join a bookclub via Goodreads or Oprah’s Book Club. If you still need more motivation, try out the Rumpus Book Club!
  6. Cooking Classes – Fest is a collective of chefs, bakers, pastry makers and sommeliers who teach guided, live virtual classes! They do the coaching while you do the cooking! See link to learn more.
