The Concierge staff amazes me with their enthusiasm, professionalism and ‘team spirit’ above and beyond any expectations I have ever had for a condominium staff.

We wanted to thank you again for the tickets to ‘Cabaret’ last Friday night at The Fox!  The show was very good and we really appreciated the seats!! Also you/the entire concierge staff here at Venue Brookwood are really the best in all of the places I have lived, ever. You are always kind, courteous, helpful and just a nice person to be greeted by every day. The Meet and Greet last night was lovely.  The background music was perfect for meeting and greeting, the food selection was great and plentiful, not to mention, the caterers couldn’t have been more gracious/helpful servers.  We especially enjoyed that we had a good sampling of residents attend, making it a truly wonderful event.  Many thanks to all of your efforts.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
